We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you receive your twill shorts and they are the wrong size or you want to swap for a different color, then contact us at support@thetwillshorts.com. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Then once we receive your item we will send you the item you desire to exchange for.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, following the steps above and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. And then once we receive your return we will issue you a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However, you should get an email confirmation right away once the refund has been processed.
